About Sinder

Sinder is building a travel-first fintech for people living in the UAE: an AED account + card built for spending abroad with clear, transparent FX policies (no surprises when you travel).

The opportunity

This is a true CEO Office / Chief of Staff role: high trust, high pace, high ownership.

You’ll work directly with the CEO to drive the company’s most important priorities across growth, partnerships, execution, and operating cadence. If you like turning ambiguity into action—and shipping weekly—this will be a career-defining seat.

What you’ll do

You’ll own and run a rotating set of “top priority” initiatives, including:

• Operating cadence: weekly exec rhythm, OKRs, decision logs, leadership prep
• Growth & launch execution: define hypotheses, coordinate execution, measure impact
• Company performance: build and maintain a simple “source of truth” on metrics (activation, engagement, retention, unit economics)
• Special projects: whatever matters most that week (it’ll change often)
• Cross-functional delivery: align product/engineering/ops/commercial so things actually ship
• External stakeholder support: partner updates, key narratives, and prep for important meetings

What success looks like (first 90 days)

• By week 2: you’ve shipped your first tangible improvement (process, metric visibility, experiment, or launch deliverable)
• By day 30: operating cadence is crisp; priorities are clear; execution is faster
• By day 60–90: you’ve delivered at least one major initiative end-to-end with measurable impact

You’re a strong fit if…

• 4–10 years in consulting, strategy, banking, high-growth ops, or a high-intensity startup role
• You’re highly structured: you can simplify chaos into clear plans and decisions
• You’re biased to action: you don’t wait— you ship
• You communicate clearly (strong writing is a must)
• You can work across teams without drama or ego

Nice to have

• Fintech/payments/travel experience
• UAE/GCC market experience
• You travel often (or have lived internationally) and care about the “hidden fees” problem
