Financial Seminar Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to support the two owners in day-to-day operations and client relationship management. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of both strategy and execution.
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, exceptional service, and strong, lasting relationships. Internally, you will act as a key liaison across teams—including creative, variable data processing, accounting, and production—to ensure seamless coordination of all seminar marketing campaigns.
You will be responsible for overseeing campaigns from initial concept through final delivery, managing timelines, tracking details, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to follow and improve established systems, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the owners with daily operational and administrative priorities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate all aspects of seminar marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, data processing, accounting, production)
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign details to ensure accuracy and on-time execution
- Maintain and follow established processes to ensure consistency and quality

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
