Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational functions of our ten (10) provider vascular surgery practice and vascular diagnostic lab. The COO will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering sustainable growth. This executive leadership position requires a dynamic leader with proven expertise in managing complex operations, driving process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in change management, business development, and project management, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and profitability.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead change management initiatives to optimize processes, improve workflows, and support organizational transformation.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable financial health of the organization.
  • Supervise senior leadership teams and provide mentorship to cultivate leadership talent within the organization.
  • Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
  • Implement process improvement strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational goals with corporate strategy and market demands.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management at a senior leadership level with demonstrated success in managing large teams and complex projects.
  • A strong clinical background is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in change management, strategic planning, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
  • Extensive background in management, supervising experience, business development, and program management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions for operational challenges while maintaining focus on organizational objectives.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
