Capital G Group is a fast-scaling international organisation with business verticals across F&B, marketing, manufacturing, licensing, and media.

Our F&B holdings division is responsible for:

• Christo’s (fast-growing QSR brand)
• Franchise expansion across Australia & Southeast Asia
• Manufacturing & wholesale of sauces/premixes
• New concept launches and acquisitions

We are scaling Christo's with a target of >15 franchise locations in Perth Australia over 2026, followed by interstate expansion. Concurrently, we are building our other business verticals within the group.

We are hiring a world-class COO to build, scale, and lead the groups operations ecosystem.

The Role

The COO will lead group-wide operations across Australia, Malaysia, and the UAE.

You will turn the vision into a high-performance operational system, building the infrastructure, teams, and processes needed to scale a franchise-driven QSR network and manufacturing division, as well as build the foundations for our marketing and media group.

This is a builder role suited to an operator who thrives in fast-growth, multi-market environments.

What You Will Lead

F&B & Franchise Operations

• Scale Christo’s to >15 Perth locations + interstate entry
• Build end-to-end systems, including franchise onboarding, training, and support
• Lead Area Managers, Store Managers, and multi-unit ops teams
• Drive unit economics, labour/COGS control, QA and SOP compliance
• Own new store opening systems and launch execution

Manufacturing & Wholesale

• Oversee sauce, premix, and product manufacturing
• Build supply chain, packaging, QC, and distribution systems
• Manage warehouse, production, and logistics operations

Corporate Operations

• Build and lead Aus operations (operations, licensed brands and franchise growth)
• Build and lead KL operations (support office, licensed brands and franchise growth)
• Build and lead Dubai operations (HQ)
• Implement group-wide systems
• Build cross-country operating rhythms and reporting structures

Marketing Operations Alignment

• Support operational delivery for the marketing vertical
• Ensure agency workflows, SLAs, and reporting align with brand launches, franchise growth, and store marketing needs

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience scaling multi-unit F&B or franchise systems
• Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or FMCG
• Proven ability to lead large scale operations
• Strong P&L ownership and financial discipline
• Systems-driven, operationally aggressive, and highly organised
• Able to build teams, processes, and structure in fast growth
• Comfortable travelling and leading across territories
