Operational Leadership:
Experience managing multiple moving parts across operations, customer experience, and property performance.

Technical Aptitude:
Comfortable working with operational systems, booking platforms, and reporting tools to support day-to-day business functions.

WHY LIVIANA

LIVIANA is redefining what housing looks and feels like for traveling professionals—starting with travel nurses.

We believe where you live impacts how you show up in your life and your work. Our platform is built to create spaces that feel grounding, elevated, and genuinely like home, while giving property owners a trusted, high-performing way to open their homes to a vetted community.

This is an opportunity to help build something from the ground up, where operations, experience, and growth all intersect. You will play a key role in shaping not just how the business runs, but how it feels to every resident and homeowner who interacts with LIVIANA.

We are building a company that sits at the intersection of real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle—and we are looking for someone who is excited to take ownership, move quickly, and help define what comes next.
