Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Manage key business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
• Lead senior leadership teams by setting clear objectives, providing mentorship, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and clients to secure favorable terms that benefit the organization.

Experience

• Proven management experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of successfully overseeing complex operations.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning and executing business growth strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through change management and process improvements.

Pay: $65,776.26 - $79,214.41 per year
