We're Hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Gas Industry | KSA Office

Are you a visionary operations leader with deep industry expertise in the gas sector? We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and lead end-to-end operations across our Saudi Arabia office. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, operational excellence, and innovation within one of the region’s most essential industries.

Location:

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the company’s operational strategy, execution, and performance across the Kingdom.

· Oversee daily operations, including production, distribution, logistics, and regulatory compliance.

· Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high safety standards across all business units.

· Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and implement long-term business goals.

· Drive cross-departmental alignment between sales, technical, engineering, and support teams.

· Develop key partnerships with clients, government bodies, suppliers, and industry regulators.

· Monitor key KPIs and lead operational reviews, audits, and performance improvements.

· Guide digital transformation and innovation initiatives to enhance operational capabilities.

· Ensure full compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 10+ years of experience in the gas or oil industry, HVAC, Chemicals, Petrochemcial, Sustainability including 5+ years in a senior operations leadership role.

· Deep knowledge of gas plant operations, distribution networks, and supply chain management.

· Strong understanding of the Saudi regulatory environment and market landscape.

· Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-site operations.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

· Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
