Chief Operating Officer COO - Construction

An exciting opportunity to play a significant part in the growth and operational excellence of this established group of companies. The organisation is made up of a number of construction companies operating across the Gulf and have 10,000+ employees. They require a visionary and strategic Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate will develop and implement operational strategies, oversee the preparation of operational reports, analyses, and performance metrics, assess and manage operational risks, ensure compliance with relevant operational regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with 15+ years of experience
• Experience of working in the Middle East
• Extensive experience with operational solutions for construction.
• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of operational management, efficiency optimization, and analysis. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities with strong commercial and business acumen.
