Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Construction & Infrastructure

Location: UAE (based in Al Ain / Abu Dhabi; will oversee national operations)
Salary: AED 40,000 – 50,000 (Based on Experience)
Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred

About the Company:
A major UAE contracting firm leading the delivery of infrastructure and civil engineering projects nationwide. The company is in a growth phase, expanding operations and optimizing performance across its project portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational activities across multiple project sites in the UAE.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Drive business development, tendering, and project acquisition strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and project managers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality frameworks.
  • Report directly to the board and lead organizational transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years in the construction/infrastructure sector in the UAE, with at least 5 years in senior management.
  • Proven success in managing P&L, operations, and multi-site project delivery.
  • Strong strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
