Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Dubai, UAE

A fast-growing company and one of the leaders in cleaning & home services in the UAE is looking for a COO who will work hand-in-hand with our CEO to manage day-to-day operations and drive long-term growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution in a scaling business.

You will oversee Operations, Finance, IT, B2B Sales, and Customer Service. Depending on your background, some functions may initially be co-owned with the CEO or existing leadership team.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day execution across core business functions through your leadership team
• Drive operational excellence, scalability, and service consistency
• Build and monitor performance systems (KPIs, dashboards, accountability loops)
• Own financial performance together with Finance (P&L, margins, unit economics)
• Translate strategy into execution plans across departments
• Develop a high-performance, accountable management layer

Who you are

We are looking for someone who builds systems, brings structure, and drives measurable business results in fast-moving environments.

There is more than one path to this role — here are a few that could work:

Ops / growth background: Experience as an Operations lead, Growth Officer, or similar role — as long as you have a strong command of financial metrics and data-driven decision-making.

Finance background: 3–4 years in financial advisory or audit, followed by an in-house leadership role where you built or optimized business processes.

In either case, you must have:

• Strong analytical skills — you work comfortably with numbers, KPIs, and complex datasets
• Solid financial literacy — you understand P&L, unit economics, and can hold teams accountable for financial results
• Leadership experience — you have owned a meaningful area of a business and driven results
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-growing or operationally intensive business (service, logistics, retail, etc.)
• Comfort operating in high-growth, partially unstructured environments
• Strong execution focus — you are hands-on, delivery-oriented, and not purely strategic
• Ability to bring structure and prioritization into operational complexity
• Practical, data-driven decision-making mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai
• Availability for full-time, in-office work (remote is not an option)
• Fluency in English
