Job Summary
We at Gauld Health are a 30 + employee multispeciality group consisting of Vascular and Podiatry. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) with atleast 5 years of experience for our Medical Office to lead and optimize daily operations, enhance clinical efficiency, and drive organizational growth. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a passion for healthcare excellence, capable of managing complex medical services, fostering innovation, and ensuring seamless patient care delivery. The COO will oversee all operational aspects of the medical office, champion process improvements, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operational strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes within the medical office.
- Lead comprehensive change management initiatives to adapt to evolving healthcare regulations, technology advancements, and industry best practices.
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, resource allocation, quality assurance, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Manage budgets, forecast financial needs, and optimize resource utilization to ensure fiscal responsibility while supporting growth initiatives.
- Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for service expansion and partnership collaborations.
- Lead project management efforts for process improvements, technology integrations, and program launches to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management within a healthcare or medical office setting with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in strategic planning, change management, and business development.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in managing budgets, forecasting financial trends, and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful program implementation.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
