Guidepost Pediatrics Services, LLC is looking for a dynamic C-Suite leader with healthcare management experIence. We are a wrap around services pediatric medical clinic in the heart of the Mat Su valley in beautiful Wasilla, Alaska. GPTES offers a wide variety of therapeutic and educational services to help children grow, learn and thrive. Our practitioners treat pediatric physical, occupational, speech therapy cases within our brand new 1900 sq ft therapy gym. Our world class healthcare therapists address a wide variety of disabilities and diseases that impact 0-22 years of age. We specialize in therapeutic interventions for pediatric physical and occupational therapy patients suffering from injuries all the way to highly complex rare genetic diseases. We serve culturally diverse populations in speech and occupational therapy in remote parts of Alaska. We offer a wide variety services encompassing sophisticated online tele- heath services. We are a preferred military provider offering first priority services to our US military and families.

We are a growing and thriving practice looking for healthcare practice management who can efficiently integrate medical needs while keeping business objectives in mind to deliver high-quality patient care. The candidate would possess knowledge of systems and processes of an efficiently run medical clinic. The candidate would share the responsibility for the day to day management of staff with the CEO but primarily focus on the operational efficiency of the clinic(s). The candidate would possess up to date AI information on building new projections with current medical data for future projects. Marketing, human resource and finance backgrounds or experience a plus. The candidate needs to possess the ability to move the needle forward aggressively as action oriented. Understands what it means to work for a start up and entrepreneur.

Qualifications:

Experience in medical management preferred

MBA preferred but not required

Background: Financial Management Preferred

Experience: Medical Operational Management 2 years
