Role Overview

Location: Dubai, UAE (DMCC)

Monthly Salary: 14,000 AED + Benefits

We are seeking a dynamic, sharp, and tech-savvy Chief Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a leading IT Forensics firm. This is a high-stakes role requiring extreme confidentiality and the capability to act as an operational proxy for the CEO. You will bridge the gap between technical operations and executive administration, empowered by a Power of Attorney to ensure business continuity and momentum.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Proxy: Act as a primary representative for the CEO on calls and in meetings. You will be expected to make informed decisions to maintain momentum in a fast-paced forensic environment.

Legal & POA Management: Handle specialized legal workflows, including the signing of NDAs, engagement letters, and government filings in Dubai. You will represent the CEO at administrative or legal proceedings under Power of Attorney.

Business Development & CRM: Proactively identify and organize leads from law firms, insurance companies, and corporations. Manage the pipeline to ensure forensic inquiries are addressed with urgency.

AI-Driven Workflow: * Expert use of MS Office and Google Workspace for technical reporting.

Leveraging AI tools to automate administrative tasks, draft technical summaries, and enhance research capabilities.

Operational Mobility: Accompany the CEO on site visits to data centers, law offices, and branch locations. Manage logistics and high-priority errands to ensure executive focus remains on forensic strategy.

Candidate Requirements

Professional Profile: An ambitious professional with a background (or strong interest) in technology, law, or business operations. We value agility and a growth mindset over years of traditional experience.

Digital Fluency: You must be a "power user" of productivity tools. We are looking for someone who utilizes AI and digital shortcuts to maximize efficiency.

Absolute Discretion: Given the sensitive nature of IT Forensics, a clean background and a deep understanding of data privacy are non-negotiable.

Commercial Acumen: A natural ability to assist in lead management and build professional client relationships.

Adaptability: Comfortable with the "on-call" nature of the forensics industry and frequent local travel.

Salary: 14,000 AED per month

Visa: Full UAE employment visa sponsorship
