Who You Are:

The Chief People Officer (“CPO”) will serve as a strategic business partner and architect of Nutrabolt’s people strategy, designing and executing programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CPO will work closely with the CEO, Board, and senior leaders to build an agile, high-performing organization that supports Nutrabolt’s continued growth and innovation. This leader will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, development, total rewards, workforce design, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring alignment between people, culture, and business priorities.

A champion of culture, this individual will reimagine the employee-journey to strengthen connection, engagement, and growth at every stage of the lifecycle. They will foster leadership excellence through performance management and succession planning, while optimizing HR systems and processes to support a modern, agile workplace.


Specifically, the CPO will:

  • Serve as a credible and strategic partner to the business, the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board, bringing a forward-thinking approach from day one. Assess and understand the company’s true objectives, while maintaining and building upon the strong foundation already in place.

  • Partner with the executive team as an advisor, coaching senior leaders and aligning leadership on culture, performance, and strategic priorities.

  • Develop talent development programs to focus on identifying high potential talent and career pathing. Reimagine and elevate the employee-journey, enhancing satisfaction, connection, and career growth at every stage of the employee lifecycle to strengthen the employee/employer bond.

  • Lead strategic workforce planning and design, anticipating organizational needs and building scalable, agile people strategies that align with Nutrabolt’s growth plans.

  • Build and lead high-performing HR, talent, and learning and development teams that are proactive, data-driven, and regarded as true partners to the business.

  • Develop innovative, technology-enabled workforce solutions, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Partner closely with IT and technology teams to align tools, systems, and processes with business goals.

  • Champion culture, preserving the qualities that make Nutrabolt’s culture distinctive and attractive while fueling continued engagement, agility, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

  • Drive functional and business transformation that supports performance, innovation, and adaptability during periods of change and growth.

  • Lead and evolve total rewards and executive compensation programs, including equity/profits interests, ensuring competitive, forward-leaning structures that drive equity and reinforce Nutrabolt’s commitment to investing in its people.

  • Develop and execute leadership development strategies, cultivating the next generation of leaders through performance management, succession planning, and targeted learning programs.

  • Oversee workforce efficiency and facilities management, ensuring people, space, and structure are strategically aligned to optimize performance and employee experience.

  • Optimize HR systems (Workday) and data infrastructure, expanding system functionality, driving automation, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all HR processes.

  • Oversee HR policy and compliance functions, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations, maintaining consistency and best practices across the enterprise.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to benchmark HR effectiveness and measure impact across talent, culture, and operational priorities.

  • Be a visible change agent and spokesperson for the company’s people strategy communicating the value of HR initiatives both internally and externally with sophistication and credibility.

What You Contribute:

  • The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree in business, human resources, or a closely related field. An advanced degree such as an MBA or HR is preferred.

  • Brings experience operating within private and public company environments, helping to navigate governance, reporting, and leadership expectations associated with future growth and scale.

  • Deep understanding of how the HR function impacts strategic and tactical goals within a complex, multisite organization, particularly in aligning talent, systems, and structure to business priorities.

  • Strong strategic orientation and ability to think beyond functional HR execution to help shape enterprise-wide direction. Not just a manager of processes but a builder and innovator who can anticipate and reimagine what’s next.

  • Highly data-driven and technologically adept, with demonstrated success leveraging HRIS systems (Workday), analytics, and digital tools to enhance decision-making, workforce efficiency, and employee engagement.

  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams to include identifying, assessing, and nurturing talent while creating a forward-looking roadmap for organizational capability and future needs.

  • Proven experience designing and deploying innovative total rewards and recognition programs, including executive compensation and equity to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

  • Depth in leadership development, workforce planning, and succession strategy, with the ability to solidify bench strength across levels.

  • This leader will be influential and will display high levels of intellectual curiously and agility. They will establish trust and credibility from day 1 and reinforce alignment across all levels of the organization, from the frontline to the Board and Executive Leadership Team. Comfortable operating in environments of ambiguity and growth and adaptable to learning new industries, markets, and operating models quickly.

  • Must be passionate about culture, taking genuine pride in fostering and sustaining a value driven, engaging culture. Brings warmth, empathy, and approachability while maintaining a performance-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable working within shared services environments, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and optimize performance through partnership and influence rather than authority.

  • Experience across relevant industry sectors is ideal, and other industries of interest include but are not limited to technology and consumer products.

  • Global exposure – Americas and Europe are preferred.

  • A leader with analytical and business acumen with high emotional intelligence to drive transformation while remaining grounded, approachable, and business-minded.
