The Little Things Matter
In this role as Chief Pilot, you will occasionally staff an aircraft to support operations and must maintain currency in all airframes, including the twin Cessnas and Caravan, to ensure hands-on leadership and compliance with safety standards.
We run on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) that helps us achieve clarity, alignment, and traction through tools like the Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) for long-term planning, quarterly Rocks for focused priorities, weekly Level 10 Meetings for efficient issue-solving, and the Accountability Chart to define clear roles and responsibilities. For prospective employees interested in learning more, we recommend starting with Wickman's book "What the Heck is EOS" or visiting EOS Worldwide's website for resources on how it drives business success—it's all about getting the right people in the right seats and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
