More about the client and the role

Our client is a fast-growing fintech protocol with a live Layer 1 chain designed for regulated B2B payments and asset issuance.

They’ve secured key institutional partnerships and are now scaling the product and platform to meet demand.

They’re looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy across the protocol, ecosystem tooling, and client-facing solutions.

You’ll own the roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, legal, and BD teams to deliver impactful, enterprise-ready products.

This is a hands-on executive role with the scope to shape both the technology and the team.

Who are we looking for?

• Senior-level product leadership experience at a live Layer 1 blockchain.

• Strong understanding of token mechanics, staking models, and developer platforms.

• Experience delivering high-performance, compliance-aligned products in crypto or fintech.

• A pragmatic leader who’s just as comfortable thinking long-term as they are shipping iteratively.
