The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the same role within 5-star hotels and be ready to start immediately. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire stewarding department to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and hotel policies.
• Supervise and train stewarding staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
• Maintain equipment and utensils in optimal working condition.
• Prepare reports on stewarding activities and departmental performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience as Chief Steward in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and sanitation procedures in luxury hotels.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ready to join immediately.
