Position Overview:

Forest Town is seeking a highly disciplined and experienced professional to take charge as Chief Supervisor at our site. The selected individual will be responsible for overall supervision of site activities, including the technical team, administrative staff, and security personnel. The role requires strong leadership, effective monitoring, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor all site activities across technical, administrative, and security functions.

- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and efficient working of all teams at the site.

- Act as the focal person between Head Office management and site staff.

- Conduct regular inspections and provide reports to management regarding progress, challenges, and compliance.

- Ensure site safety, security, and adherence to company policies.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.

- Maintain records of daily site operations and submit reports to management.

- Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to subordinates to enhance performance.

Requirements:

- Mandatory: Retired from the PAK ARMY – JCO Rank or equivalent rank from Navy / Air Force.

- Minimum of 15 years of professional service background.

- Previous experience in supervision, security management, or administrative roles preferred.

- Strong leadership, discipline, and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

- Must be willing to reside at the Forest Town site.
