We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Chief Surveyor
to lead and coordinate surveying activities for our road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or Surveying Engineering from an accredited university.

15+ years of experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.

Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Chief Surveyor, managing surveying teams on large-scale infrastructure works.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Strong proficiency in surveying equipment, including GPS, Total Station, and levelling instruments.

Advanced proficiency in surveying software, including: Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk InfraWorks, Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity, Drone Survey.

Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage all surveying activities on roads and bridges construction, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and specifications, which enhances project integrity and safety.

Develop and implement surveying methodologies and protocols to improve accuracy and efficiency, utilizing advanced surveying tools and software to achieve precise measurements.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall construction goals and timelines.

Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential surveying challenges, providing solutions that mitigate risks and enhance project delivery.

Prepare detailed reports and documentation of surveying findings, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and accessible for future reference and audits.

Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and contractors, to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance with all legal requirements.

Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to analyze site data and create detailed maps and models that support project planning and execution.
