CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS

Main Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy, overseeing protocols and practices that ensure resource efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Identify focus areas for organizational sustainability, providing strategic direction, thought leadership, and support for the business planning process as it relates to key ESG indicators.

Develop internal processes and governance structures that enable sustainability initiatives within the organization and undertake capacity building through needs assessment, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's sustainability culture.

Standardize strategy documents on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Giving to include ESG benchmarks and ensure sustainable usage of resources and allocated funds.

Formulate and implement protocols/regulations pertaining to the CORA Directorate and its subunits. Support Head CORA in the execution of policies, identifying areas of improvement on basic design and incorporate corrective measures to evaluate the performance of the CORA Directorate and its sub-units. Devise mechanisms to arrange and conduct EMT Meetings, Townhall Meetings, and maintain cordial and beneficial interactions with the Federal and Provincial Governments.

Analyze, develop, and implement internal and external communication and promotion strategies. Analyze promotional needs and develop appropriate and persuasive public relation plans to communicate activities undertaken by the organization that are beneficial to the environment, public safety, or other important social issues.

Represent the company in Senate and National Committees, as well as key government stakeholders including Federal and Provincial Secretaries, the Federal and State Minister for Energy and the DGPC/regulator's office on the CSR initiatives and environmental commitments of the company.

Monitor legislative and regulatory activities. Maintain and nurture the relationships with government departments and associated authorities to legislatively represent and protect the Group's interests.

Assist in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies and plans, which align with government laws, regulations and standards. Lead analysis of proposed legislative actions, determine the potential impact on the Group to develop appropriate responses.

Supervise the forecast management and development of all budgets and financial plans of the CORA Directorate, including MOL Sole, Sponsorship and Donation Plan, relevant reports etc.

Ensure assimilation with the Group communication strategies in compliance with Group communication processes, governance, legal benchmarks and regulatory system, and appropriate internal communications as per the directives from Head Quarters.

Plan, develop, deliver and communicate informative programs to maintain favorable public and stakeholder perceptions of the organization's accomplishments and agenda. Develop and organize workshops, meetings, and other events for brand management of the organization. Supervise the preparation of periodical reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, website, etc.

Qualification:
Foreign University Masters, preferably in a related field (Public Affairs, Sustainability, Energy etc) with an understanding of the operational processes of the oil and gas industry.

Professional competencies:
Sustainability, Energy Regulations, Corporate Communications, JV and Stakeholder Management, Experience of handling Senate and National Assembly committees, Media Management.

Experience:
Minimum 6 — 7 years in the Energy Sector in Policy and Markets, Business Development, and/or Regulatory Affairs.
