Responsibilities

• Build-up core technology development team in Singapore with capabilities for both optical element and optical sensing module product development
• Work closely with overseas manufacturing team and responsible for team set-up in Singapore
• Reports to BU CEO and Group President

Qualifications

• PhD in Optical Physics, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of R&D experience in lens/optics, with familiarity in the electronics industry (e.g., AR/VR, smart wearables).
• Proven management experience with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Preferably fluent in Mandarin or Japanese to facilitate communication with internal stakeholders.
• Open to candidates globally.
