Chief Technical Officer (CTO) / GM Technical

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) / GM Technical to lead and manage the overall technical operations of our organization. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in broadcast/media technology, IT infrastructure, system planning, and technical team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all technical departments and operations.
• Manage broadcast systems, IT infrastructure, networking, and technical projects.
• Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure smooth operation of studio, uplink, transmission, and production systems.
• Plan system upgrades, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and management for technical procurement and development.
• Lead and mentor technical & IT teams to maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and technical best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or relevant field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant technical management experience.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast systems, networking, servers, and media technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects and teams effectively.
