Job Overview

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology & Data Officer (CTDO) to lead technology, engineering, data, and analytics strategy. This role ensures the company’s platforms are scalable, secure, and data-driven, supporting rapid growth and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology and data strategy
• Lead engineering, platform, and data teams
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
• Own data architecture, analytics, dashboards, and insights
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics
• Ensure data governance, security, and privacy compliance
• Partner with product, growth, and business leadership
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, reliability, and cybersecurity

Required Qualifications

• 12–18+ years in technology leadership roles
• Strong background in system architecture, data platforms, and engineering
• Proven experience scaling high-traffic or data-heavy platforms
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary tech and data teams
