Chief Technology Officer

We are building a next-generation insurtech platform for Oman, and we are looking for a strong CTO.

Your mission:

Lead the full technology vision and execution.

You will be responsible for:

• Full architecture (backend, frontend, infrastructure)

• API integrations with insurers

• Payment gateway integration

• Security & compliance (CMA requirements)

• Managing outsourced developers / tech teams

• Delivering the MVP in 60–90 days

• Building the long-term tech roadmap

Who we’re looking for:

• 7+ years in software engineering

• Experience in fintech / insurtech / APIs

• Strong backend + cloud security experience

• Ability to build fast and manage external developers

• Entrepreneur mindset (not an employee mindset)
