🚀 We’re Hiring – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

At Innovitics , we’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology organization and drive the next stage of our growth.

The ideal candidate is a Builder-Operator — someone who can bring stability to multi-project delivery while transforming our core platform (ASMIO) into a scalable, market-ready product.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Lead Engineering, Architecture, DevOps/SRE, QA, Security, and Data teams.
• Define and own the technology strategy & architecture for our platform.
• Drive productization of repeatable assets into scalable products with SLAs and pricing models.
• Champion delivery excellence, CI/CD, and production reliability.
• Embed security & compliance best practices into every process.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team with a strong culture of accountability and growth.
• Partner with commercial teams to support technical sales and client success in KSA.
  
  
  

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in E-commerce & ERP integrations (Shopify, Odoo, Salla, etc.)
• Hands-on experience shipping web and mobile (Flutter) products at scale.
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and production reliability.
• Experience leading 20–40 engineers across multiple functions.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with .NET Core, PHP/Laravel, or Node.js; multi-tenant architectures; Azure FinOps; or domain experience in EV charging, utilities, or fintech Is a Plus
