Role Overview
We are seeking a CTO who can lead our technology strategy, oversee product development, and build a high-performance engineering team. You will work closely with the founders to design, develop, and launch cutting-edge real estate solutions including map-based systems, data platforms, and scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the technology vision and long-term architecture for the platform.
• Lead development of web and mobile applications.
• Build and manage an engineering team.
• Oversee system design, database architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability across the platform.
• Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to PropTech.
• Manage product timelines and align tech delivery with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer in a startup or tech company.
• Strong background in full-stack development (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of real estate systems, GIS, or map-based applications is a major advantage.
• Ability to build and lead a team from scratch.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
