Coordeck Technologies is a construction technology company building an enterprise, multi-tenant SaaS platform for asset management, workflows, document control, and operational governance for large construction organisations. We are scaling toward GCC-wide adoption with Tier-1 contractors.

Role Overview

The CTO owns Coordeck’s technology strategy, engineering execution, and enterprise readiness.Executive role with hands-on technical oversight of architecture, security, and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term technology strategy, platform architecture, and roadmap
• Lead enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS design (RBAC, audit logs, data isolation)
• Own platform scalability, reliability, security, and compliance readiness (ISO / SOC2 expectations)
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD, release governance, and quality gates
• Own cloud and infrastructure strategy (AWS, containers/Kubernetes, Cloudflare)
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organisation with clear KPIs and accountability
• Act as senior technical authority in enterprise customer and partner discussions

Technical Scope (Governance & Review Level)

• Backend: Python, Django/DRF, Postgres, async jobs (Celery/queues)
• Frontend: React / Next.js architecture and performance
• Mobile: iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) architecture and release readiness
• Cloud: AWS (IAM, networking, containers/EKS), cost and reliability ownership

Required Experience

• 10+ years in software engineering with senior leadership responsibility
• Prior CTO / VP Engineering / Head of Engineering role in SaaS or scale-up environments
• Strong multi-tenant SaaS background (auth, tenancy, auditability, scale patterns)
• Proven cloud and infrastructure leadership (AWS; Kubernetes strongly preferred)
• Experience leading web and mobile engineering teams
• Strong communication with founders, engineers, and enterprise customers
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

• Construction tech, ERP, or workflow platforms
• Security and compliance leadership (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Enterprise SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, multi-region systems
