Role Overview
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the Technology & Innovation agenda as part of a major organisational transformation programme.
The role has a clear mandate to:

Accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies across construction and engineering operations
The position will deliver measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost optimisation, while helping position the organisation as a technology-enabled industry leader in the region.
Core Responsibilities

Define and deliver the enterprise technology and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities

Lead the adoption of advanced technologies including AI-driven analytics, IoT-based asset monitoring, BIM, digital twins, and smart construction solutions

Oversee the Information Management & Technology function, including IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and data governance

Embed technology into project delivery, cost control, asset utilisation, and ESG reporting

Work closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and senior leadership to ensure technology directly supports operational and financial performance

Build and manage strategic partnerships with global technology vendors and solution providers
Ideal Candidate

15–20+ years’ experience in senior technology leadership, including 5–7+ years at executive level (CTO, CIO, or Chief Digital Officer)

Strong background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive industries

Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation with tangible business results

Hands-on experience across AI, IoT, BIM, analytics platforms, ERP ecosystems, and enterprise IT modernisation

Commercially minded, execution-focused, and credible at Board and C-suite level
