Chief Technology Officer

Fractional CTO - Real Estate Operations + AI/Automation (Remote, LATAM Focus)

WHO WE ARE

Trusted Home Buyers USA / Sell My House Idaho LLC is a fast-growing off-market real estate company doing approximately $2.5M annual revenue and scaling toward $5M. Our model is high-velocity wholesale, novations, and wholetails. We chase cash flow; we do not hold properties.

We recently transitioned to a GoHighLevel-based CRM, white-labeled as AI-Fuze, and are building an AI-driven operational system that catches every deal before it slips.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Fractional CTO for 10-15 hours per week on a $5,000-$8,000 USD/month retainer. This is intended to be a long-term relationship for the right person.

You will own:

- All tech vendor relationships, including GHL/AI-Fuze, marketing agency, and future tools

- CRM workflow architecture and automation strategy

- Integration roadmap, including Rentcast, Slack, AI call scoring, and QuickBooks

- Hiring, onboarding, and managing offshore developers

- Quarterly tech roadmap aligned with revenue goals

- Calling BS on vendors who are not delivering

REQUIREMENTS

- 7+ years software or tech leadership experience

- Strong CRM, automation, and API integration background

- GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar experience

- AI/LLM integration experience, including Claude and/or OpenAI

- Has hired and managed offshore developers

- Excellent written and verbal English

- Available 4+ hours overlap with US business hours, EST/PST

NICE TO HAVE

- Real estate or wholesale industry experience

- Slack, Zapier, or Make.com integration experience

- Background in AI call scoring or sales coaching tools

COMPENSATION

$5,000-$8,000 USD/month retainer, based on experience and scope. Equity discussion is possible after 90 days for the right fit.

- $49K/month on Meta + Google ads with poor ROI tracking

- 5 acquisition reps with no automated speed-to-lead monitoring for our 5-minute rule

- All sales calls are recorded but nothing is being analyzed

In your 5-7 minute video, answer:

1. Your top 3 priorities for the first 30 days, and why those three specifically.

2. How you would diagnose the 1,881 stuck-leads problem.

3. How you would build a Slack 5-minute speed-to-lead alarm system. What tools and architecture would you use?

4. How you would build automated AI call scoring for every sales call, with scores and coaching insights surfaced for each rep.

5. What questions you would want answered before quoting your final monthly retainer.
