Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder)

We are building next-generation AI tools designed to transform the real estate industry from lead generation and property analysis to automation, client engagement, and intelligent decision support. We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder) to lead product development and technical strategy from the ground up.

Role Overview

As the Co-Founder, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling our AI-powered platform. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping the product vision, technology stack, and long-term roadmap.

This is an equity-based founding role with significant upside potential.

Duties

• Lead technical vision, architecture, and product development
• Design and build scalable AI-driven web applications
• Develop and integrate machine learning / AI models (LLMs, predictive analytics, automation tools)
• Build APIs and backend infrastructure
• Oversee cloud infrastructure and DevOps setup
• Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability
• Collaborate on product strategy, UX decisions, and go-to-market planning
• Build and lead the future engineering team

Required Technical Skills

• Strong full-stack development experience (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LLM APIs)
• Experience building SaaS platforms from scratch
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Database architecture experience (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• API design and integration expertise
• Familiarity with data pipelines and automation tools
• Understanding of AI deployment, monitoring, and scaling

Preferred Experience

• Experience building AI products or startups
• Familiarity with real estate technology (PropTech)
• Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation
• Prior founding or early-stage startup experience
• Knowledge of real estate data sources (MLS integrations, property data APIs, etc.)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience (startup experience preferred)
• Proven ability to ship products end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
