- Manage on-shift train controllers and ensure compliance with operating rules and procedures.
- Implement the shift train plan; lead conflict resolution and service recovery.
- Monitor and control rail operations performance using live system data.
- Execute emergency action plans and coordinate with field personnel and external agencies.
- Liaise with operations and maintenance teams on shift to resolve safety and performance issues.
- Conduct and document cyclic assessments of train controllers.
- Train new train controllers on established procedures and maintenance activities.
- Support network planning managers with train movement planning in assigned territory.
- Assist in developing and executing the OCC strategy to ensure controller compliance.
- Conduct operational and administrative studies to support safety incident investigations.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Preferred Qualification: L3 Certified Assessor, L4 Certified IQA (Internal Quality Assurance).
Minimum Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
