Job Description:

Manage on-shift train controllers and ensure compliance with operating rules and procedures.

Implement the shift train plan; lead conflict resolution and service recovery.

Monitor and control rail operations performance using live system data.

Execute emergency action plans and coordinate with field personnel and external agencies.

Liaise with operations and maintenance teams on shift to resolve safety and performance issues.

Conduct and document cyclic assessments of train controllers.

Train new train controllers on established procedures and maintenance activities.

Support network planning managers with train movement planning in assigned territory.

Assist in developing and executing the OCC strategy to ensure controller compliance.

Conduct operational and administrative studies to support safety incident investigations.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Preferred Qualification: L3 Certified Assessor, L4 Certified IQA (Internal Quality Assurance).
Minimum Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
