Position Overview
The Chief Transactions Officer (CTO) — Strategic Deals will lead the origination, structuring, and execution of large-scale corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. This executive role requires deep expertise in corporate finance, deal-making, and value creation, with a focus on delivering transformative growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Origination: Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-value strategic deals aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Transaction Structuring: Lead negotiations, financial modeling, and structuring of complex transactions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with investors, regulators, and strategic partners.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure transactions comply with local and international regulatory frameworks.
- Value Creation: Drive post-deal integration and maximize shareholder value.
- Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing transactions team.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 12+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proven track record in large-scale deal execution.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar’s regulatory environment and international deal-making standards.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Pay: QAR400.00 - QAR600.00 per hour
