About The role

We are seeking a Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to lead the strategic development, governance, and growth of ICG’s enterprise transformation portfolio across the MENA region .

The CTO will act as the executive leader responsible for the firm’s transformation ecosystem across ICG and its subsidiaries , orchestrating capabilities across multiple entities while ensuring a unified market approach.

This role combines transformation leadership, solution architecture, and commercial ownership, with a strong focus on shaping and closing large-scale, multi-domain transformation and outsourcing deals ($100M–$300M) .

What You Will Do

Enterprise Transformation Strategy & AI Leadership

• Define and lead the enterprise transformation strategy across MENA
• Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions including generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI agents
• Align offerings with key transformation priorities across customer, operations, and technology
• Identify and shape large-scale transformation and outsourcing opportunities
• Position ICG and its broader group ecosystem as a leading transformation partner in the MENA region

Service Line Leadership & Organizational Oversight

• Lead the enterprise transformation organization across ICG and its subsidiaries
• Oversee core domains: AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Platforms, and Strategy & Innovation
• Drive cross-entity collaboration to deliver integrated transformation programs
• Ensure alignment across technology, process, organization, and product

Commercial Enablement & Strategic Deal Leadership

• Lead and support closure of large, complex transformation deals ($100M–$300M)
• Oversee Solution Sales Experts across all domains
• Drive cross-selling strategies and multi-year transformation programs
• Engage C-level stakeholders and build long-term partnerships
• Lead deal structuring and integrated solution design

Offering Development & Consulting Frameworks

• Develop and standardize transformation methodologies and service offerings
• Build AI-enabled consulting frameworks and scalable toolkits
• Align offerings with enterprise architecture and innovation lifecycle models
• Support multi-tower transformation programs

Delivery Excellence & Governance

• Establish governance frameworks for transformation programs
• Oversee delivery across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and outsourcing
• Implement structured delivery models and performance tracking
• Ensure secure and responsible AI implementation

Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships

• Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, AI platforms, and innovation ecosystems
• Collaborate with hyperscalers, AI vendors, and global consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.), as well as regional system integrators
• Engage with enterprises, government entities, and telecom operators across MENA
• Drive joint solutions leveraging ICG’s full group ecosystem

Talent Development & Capability Building

• Build and scale transformation capabilities across all entities
• Develop senior leaders across consulting, architecture, AI, and delivery
• Drive AI capability building and innovation culture

• Revenue growth across MENA transformation portfolios
• Expansion of large-scale transformation programs
• Client impact (efficiency, innovation, ROI)

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise technology, outsourcing, or digital/AI transformation
• Proven track record closing large-scale deals ($100M–$300M)
• Strong experience across multi-domain environments (cloud, infrastructure, applications, outsourcing)
• Background in global consulting or technology services firms
• Strong executive relationships across the MENA region
• Experience with major enterprises, government entities, and telecom operators
• Deep understanding of regional transformation agendas (e.g., Vision 2030)
• Arabic is a plus (not mandatory)
