Pay: $18.00 – $26.00+ per hour

Training and Support:
You will receive structured, hands-on training from day one, with ongoing coaching and direct support from experienced clinical supervisors. Expectations are clearly defined, feedback is consistent, and you are not left to figure things out on your own. As part of your development, you will follow a structured pathway to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within your first 90 days, with guidance and support throughout the process. Training is designed to build competence quickly through practical experience, guided instruction, and continuous skill development.

About the Role:
You will work 1:1 with young children in a center-based setting, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through structured, play-based therapy.
This is an active role. You will be on your feet, moving, playing, and engaging throughout the day.
No prior ABA experience is required. Candidates with childcare, education, or healthcare backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 support to children ages 2–7
- Follow structured treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through play
- Collect simple session data (training provided)
- Collaborate with a small, structured clinical team
- Maintain consistency and reliability for assigned clients

Minimum Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Availability Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- Ability to work in-person in Bloomington, MN
- Comfortable with active, child-centered work
Preferred Background (Not Required):
- Childcare or early childhood experience
- Psychology, education, or related field
- Experience supporting children with developmental needs
- Prior ABA or RBT experience
Compensation Levels:
Compensation is based on qualifications and assigned level:
- Level 3 – Entry-level (no ABA experience required)
- Level 2 – Relevant childcare or related experience
- Level 1 – Advanced experience and/or demonstrated high performance
Higher-level placement corresponds to higher pay within the posted range.
