About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, catering to dietary needs.
- Assist with homework and educational projects to foster learning.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area for safety and fun.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children during daily activities.
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall child care experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in child care or related fields is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and educational activities for children.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with kids.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in child development is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
- Background check clearance required for all applicants.
