Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Child Care Coordinating Assistant (Lead Closer) to join our vibrant team. In this vital role, you will oversee the safe and engaging closing procedures of our childcare facilities, ensuring a smooth transition for children, families, and staff at the end of each day. Your leadership will help foster a nurturing environment that promotes early childhood development, classroom management, and exceptional caregiving. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young children’s lives while supporting a collaborative team dedicated to quality childcare.

Responsibilities:

· Lead closing tasks including but not limited to cleaning tasks

· Substituting for other members of administration or teachers as needed

· Maintain a positive and safe learning environment for ages 3 months-preschool

· Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs.

· Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and daily notes both in person and through Procare

Requirements:

· Must be 21 years or older and have 1,500 hours of relevant experience

· Must pass all state and program required background checks

· Be patient, kind and nurturing

· Have a passion for Early Childhood Education and working with young children
