Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess skills in childhood development, behavior management, and early childhood education. This role involves supervising children, facilitating activities that promote learning and development, and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Manage behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective communication.
• Educate children on various subjects including arts, sports, and basic life skills.
• Provide support for children with special needs or those requiring additional assistance.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare space, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other educators or childcare providers to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies.
• Skills in tutoring or teaching various subjects to enhance children's learning experiences.
• First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
• Experience working with students in various settings (theater, sports coaching, special education) is highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and their families.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse needs.
