Child Care Assistant Director

Safari Kid Burlington is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our early childhood center.

This role includes helping manage staff, supporting classrooms, ensuring compliance with EEC regulations, communicating with parents, and assisting the Director with scheduling and overall center organization. The Assistant Director may step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and support teachers.

Qualifications:

• EEC Director I certification (or working toward it)
• Experience in early childhood education
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Leadership experience preferred
