What You'll Be Doing

As the Child Care Assistant Director, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center. Working closely with the Director, you’ll help create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the day-to-day management of the center.
• Supporting staff and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
• Maintaining compliance with child care regulations and safety standards.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
• Helping plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs.
• Addressing any concerns or questions from families with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is not only experienced but also passionate about child care. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a child care or early education setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• A warm, approachable demeanor with excellent communication abilities.
• A commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for children.
• Knowledge of child care regulations and best practices is a plus.
