Child Care Assistant Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated AssistantTeachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and has the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Provide care for Infants children in a safe and supportive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom activities, ensuring a structured yet flexible schedule that promotes learning through play.
• Observe and assess children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and maintain a cohesive teaching approach.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space conducive to learning.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Infant care principles and practices.
• Experience in classroom management techniques to create an effective learning environment.
• Ability to educate young children through engaging activities that promote development.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies to address various challenges in the classroom.
• Previous experience working with students in preschool settings or similar childcare environments is highly desirable.
• Skills in babysitting or nannying can be beneficial for understanding child needs and dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
