<Duties>
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including Montessori and other educational frameworks
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop social skills
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math, arts, and physical development
- Help create a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs, including working with children with autism or disabilities
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning and play
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to child development
- Support special education initiatives and adapt activities for diverse learning needs
- Participate in ongoing training related to childhood development, behavior management, and curriculum development
<Experience>
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles such as Montessori or preschool methodologies is advantageous
- Experience supporting children with special needs or developmental delays is a plus
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families
- Demonstrated ability to work patiently and compassionately with children of varying abilities and backgrounds
- Previous experience in lesson planning or curriculum development is beneficial but not required
