• Recruitment and retention of families and staff
• Meeting parents' needs
• Communicating with parents, staff and children
• Oversee and inspire excellence in curriculum
• Support teachers' professional development
• Using various software systems
• Creating and adjusting daily staff schedules
• Facility management
• Knowledge of Step Up to Quality
