The Center Director plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards that parents have come to expect from Tender Years. The Center Director will...

• Supervise teachers and childcare workers
• Hire and train new staff members
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff
• Assist staff in communicating with parents
• Meet with parents and staff to discuss students' progress
• Ensure facilities are maintained and cleaned according to state regulations
• Assist in managing the costs of the center in order to operate within budget

Candidates for the position must meet the following requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Fluent in the English language

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain required childcare clearances
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility as to the hours you are able to work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
