We are seeking a qualified Program Director to lead our team and uphold our commitment to quality care and education.

About Us:

We provide licensed child care services for children ages 18 months – 12 years, operating under COMAR 13A.16 regulations and proudly holding a Level 3 Maryland Excels Quality Rating. Our program blends pre-made curriculums with teacher creativity to foster language/literacy, mathematics, art, science, social-emotional development, and more.

Qualifications:

✅ Must be 21 years or older
✅ Meet Maryland Child Care Center Director qualifications (per COMAR 13A.16)
✅ Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
✅ Complete required criminal background checks, child abuse clearances, physical exams, and child care training
