Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the center operates efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that support early childhood development and learning standards.
• Manage the center’s budget, including planning, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability.
• Lead recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff to maintain high-quality classroom instruction and care.
• Foster strong relationships with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community engagement initiatives.
• Oversee compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and community outreach activities to support program growth and resource development.
• Lead public speaking engagements to promote the center’s mission within the community and partner organizations.

Experience

• Proven experience in education administration or early childhood management with a focus on curriculum development and classroom oversight.
• Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within child care or educational settings.
• Extensive management experience supervising staff, overseeing budgets, and implementing strategic plans.
• Strong background in teaching young children and working directly with students in classroom environments.
• Excellent communication skills for public speaking, staff coordination, and parent engagement.
• Familiarity with fundraising strategies to support program initiatives and resource acquisition.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $55,398.27 per year
