Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
Location: Columbus, OH 43215 (Main St. Campus)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum three years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using technology for documentation, reporting, and communication
• Deep understanding of child development and commitment to professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct overall center operations while ensuring compliance with state and licensing regulations
• Design and oversee developmentally appropriate programs that support whole-child learning
• Build strong partnerships with families through clear and consistent communication
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain a positive, high-performing team culture
• Partner with higher education institutions to support practicum placements and program enrichment
