Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
Location: Columbus, OH 43215 (Main St. Campus)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using technology for documentation, reporting, and communication
- Deep understanding of child development and commitment to professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct overall center operations while ensuring compliance with state and licensing regulations
- Design and oversee developmentally appropriate programs that support whole-child learning
- Build strong partnerships with families through clear and consistent communication
- Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain a positive, high-performing team culture
- Partner with higher education institutions to support practicum placements and program enrichment
