Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration and have experience working with students in a nurturing environment. This role is pivotal in shaping the educational experiences of young children, ensuring that our programs meet high standards of quality and compliance while fostering a love for learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
• Develop and implement educational programs that align with developmental milestones and best practices in early childhood education.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and professional development to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's growth and address any concerns.
• Monitor compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards, maintaining all necessary documentation.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes for children.
• Foster partnerships with local community organizations to enhance resources available to families.

Experience

• A degree in Education Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working with students in an educational setting, particularly in early childhood education.
• Background in higher education teaching is a plus, providing insights into curriculum development and educational strategies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate staff, parents, and stakeholders.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and promotes positive interactions among children.
