Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in a safe environment.
- Engage children in educational and recreational activities to promote development.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs.
- Assist with homework and provide tutoring support as needed.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding child’s progress and activities.
- Manage daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and bedtime.
- Ensure a clean and organized play area for children.
- Respond to children's needs and concerns with patience and understanding.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a nanny or child care provider is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Background check clearance and references required.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate family needs.
