Child Care Teacher

Duties:
- Provide childcare and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Assist with classroom management, and promoting positive behavior
- Ensure the well-being of each child, including attending to their physical, emotional, and social needs
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting, babysitting, or nannying role
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
